Rtx®-624-Säulen (Quarzglas) (Phase mit niedriger bis mittlerer Polarität) • Anwendungsspezifische Säulen für flüchtige organische Schadstoffe. Empfohlen in US-amerikanischen EPA-Methoden für flüchtige organische Schadstoffe. • Temperaturbereich: -20 °C bis 240 °C. • Äquivalent zu USP G43-Phase. Die einzigartige Polarität der Rtx®-624-Säule macht sie ideal für die Analyse flüchtiger organischer Schadstoffe. Obwohl die Rtx®-502.2-Säule für viele Methoden empfohlen wird, bietet die Rtx®-624-Säule eine bessere Auflösung früh eluierender Verbindungen. Der Rtx®-624 Phase erzeugt eine Auflösung von mehr als 90 % der ersten sechs Gase in den EPA-Methoden 8260 und 524.2. Diese stationäre Phase ist besonders gut für die EPA-Methode 524.2 geeignet, da sie 2-Nitropropan von 1,1-Dichlorpropanon trennt, die das Quantifizierungsion m/z 43 teilen und chromatographisch getrennt werden müssen.
