The new LAUDA Integral T process thermostats ensure efficient control of external temperature control processes in the temperature range from -30 to 150 °C. The units enable rapid temperature changes due to adapted heating and cooling capacities with small internal volumes. Due to the open hydraulic system, the unit vents quickly and without functional restrictions. This makes it ideal for temperature control processes with frequent consumer or specimen changes. A reliable, powerful submersible pump and the internal bypass for pressure limitation are standard features of the Integral T. The modular interface concept is now also implemented in the Integral T and ensures maximum networking of the user processes. With the modular interface concept, you can integrate the new Integral process thermostats into your processes with maximum flexibility. The devices are equipped as standard with interfaces such as Ethernet, USB or Pt 100. Additional interfaces and communication protocols can be easily added via modules. Featurs: • Air or water cooled (W) version • Process thermostat with integrated cooling system for dynamic temperature control within external circuits • Coloured TFT display for simultaneous indication of actual & set values and graphic illustration of the temperature profile • Clear text menu navigation, six selectable languages DE, EN, FR, SP, IT, RU • Management of heat transfer liquids with stored properties • Easy input via cursor and soft keys. Additional Tmax key for overtemperature protection • SelfCheck Assistant for system diagnosis • Fully electronic continuous controller with PID action for internal & external control • Self adapt function for determination of control parameters • PowerAdapt system for the use of the maximum possible amount of heat permitted by the power supply system • Low-level protection and adjustable over-temperature protection with acoustic alarm. Float switch for identifying low or high level • Extremely powerful pressure pump • USB and Ethernet interface equipped as standard • Remote fault indication through floating contact • Option for upgrading up to 2 additional interfaces (RS 232/485, Profibus, analogue, contact or EtherCat modules) • Adjustable bypass for pressure limiting • Programmer with 150 temperature/time segments that can be separated into 5 programs • Digital display of pump delivery pressure • Integrated web server for browser based operation in local area networks via PC, tablet or smart phone, secure data transfer due to authentication procedure and encryption • SmartCool system for energy-saving digital cooling management including compressor on-off control • Utilises traditional refrigerants (HFCs) in accordance with European legislation to control F-gases (EU) 517/2014
