Al piercing lid. Lids specially made to be automatically pierced before the transfer into the measuring cell. • The piercing lids can be combined with the aluminum pans (25, 40, 100, 160 uL pans). By using the sealing press, pan and lid are cold welded. • The unique lid piercing device ("wasp") allows you to open hermetically sealed crucibles just before the measurement start. • Piercing immediately before the measurement start ensures that drying or water uptake of the sample during the waiting period does not occur.
