Captiva 10 µm Filtration replacement kit
Captiva 96-deep well collection plate, 1 mL, 10/pk
Captiva 96 well collection plate, 1 mL, 100/pk
Captiva EMR-Lipid 96WP, 40mg. The 96-well plate and 1 mL cartridge formats contain a solvent retention frit, which allows in-well protein precipitation that streamlines sample preparation. The improved filter design promotes easy flow with vacuum or positive pressure. The easy-to-use 3 and 6 mL cartridge formats allow gravity flow due to the absence of solvent retention frits.

• Protect HPLC columns from clogging to reduce instrument downtime • Clean and clear filtrates offer improved sensitivity • High analyte recovery with simple robust methods allows faster method development
Captiva filter vials remove particulates from your sample and are ideal for simple mechanical filtration. Filtering samples before analysis can extend column lifetime, decrease instrument downtime, and improve sample integrity. Captiva filter vials reduce the steps in your gas chromatography (GC) or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) workflow. Just fill, cover, and plunge! Filter vials are a fast, economical, and environmentally conscience way to filter samples. The single, convenient and easy-to-use unit replaces the combination of syringe filters, syringes, autosampler vials, septa, and caps. With Captiva filter vials, there are fewer touchpoints in the sample journey, meaning fewer chances for contamination. Plus, they allow you to filter only what you need for analysis, saving time. Available in both 0.2 µm (white septum) and 0.45 µm (red septum) pore sizes, as well as nonslit and preslit formats, we have a variety of membrane choices to meet your application needs. Caps are color-coded based on membrane type for easy identification. Choose from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), nylon, polyethersulfone (PES), and regenerated cellulose (RC) membranes. PES filter vials are a great choice for protein analysis applications due to their low protein binding. RC filters are suitable for general filtration for aqueous based samples. Nylon is a versatile filter for particulate filtration from both aqueous and organic matrices, while PTFE is most suitable for organic solvents. Features: • Syringeless filters provide fast, economical sample filtration before GC or HPLC analysis • Filtration takes place inside the vial, reducing the number of steps and required tools or consumables. • Filter vial design eliminates the need for an autosampler vial • Fewer touchpoints in your sample journey mean fewer chances for contamination • Prevents even small particulates from clogging your column inlet, preventing high backpressure, retention-time shift, and resolution loss – which improves data quality • Environmentally-friendly design means less glass and plastic are discarded during sample filtration process • Available in 0.2 and 0.45 µm pore sizes • Nonslit and preslit options available • Color-coded caps based on membrane type for easy identification: PTFE (light blue), nylon (blue), PES (light green), regenerated cellulose (teal) • Closure tool available to use with multiple filter vials simultaneously
