Analyze toxic dioxins and furan congeners with unsurpassed performance and reproducibility with the Thermo Scientific™ TraceGOLD™ TG-Dioxin GC columns. • Engineered for Superior Performance • Isomer specificity for 2,3,7,8-TCDD and 2,3,7,8-TCDF achieved with a single GC column • High thermal stability—maximum temperatures up to 340°C • Unique selectivity for toxic dioxin and furan congeners for use as a confirmation GC column Applications: • Dioxins • Furans A Leap Forward in Column Performance with Low Bleed and Superior Inertness • This low-bleed, stable column produces consistent results. • Low baseline noise enables improved limits of detection with enhanced resolution of low level analytes. • Minimizing column bleed extends column lifetime, leading to higher productivity. • Reducing column bleed increases reproducibility of the stationary phase over time, resulting in greater run-to-run and batch-to-batch reproducibility. • Superior inertness ensures excellent peak shape and sensitivity, especially for highly active or difficult-to-analyze compounds. TraceGOLD™ TG-Mineral Oil GC Column
A nonpolar 100% polydimethylsiloxane, general-purpose, industry-standard column for the analysis of hydrocarbons, pesticides, PCBs, and sulfur compounds.
WAX GC Columns. DB-WAX is ideal for food, fragrance, and flavor applications. The column's lower temperature limit of 20 °C improves resolution of analytes with low boiling points. Features: • Polyethylene glycol (PEG) stationary phase • Close equivalent to USP Phase G16 • High polarity • Temperature limit of 20 °C is lowest of any bonded PEG phase • Improves resolution of low boiling point analytes • High column-to-column reproducibility • Bonded, crosslinked, and solvent rinsable • Exact replacement of HP-WAX • Tested with the tightest industry QC specifications for column bleed, sensitivity, and efficiency • Performance Summary shipped with each column
PLOT GC Columns. GS-Alumina is the most polar alumina phase, consisting of aluminum oxide with proprietary deactivation. It is an excellent general-use column for light hydrocarbon analysis (C1 to C8 hydrocarbon isomers) including C1 to C4 saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons and cyclopropane from propylene analysis. Alumina columns tend to adsorb water and CO2 which, over time, results in changes in retention time. This column benefits from an advanced, proprietary deactivation process that allows for complete regeneration of a fully moisture saturated column within 7 hours or less at 200 °C.
