XSelect HSS Cyano (CN) XP HPLC Säule

Waters / HPLC Säulen

The XSelect HSS Cyano column is a low coverage, unendcapped, highly stable cyano phase that provides low hydrophobicity for the rapid elution of hydrophobic analytes as well as alternate selectivity to traditional alkyl chain columns. Packed in ultra-low dispersion hardware, 2.5 µm eXtended Performance [XP] columns enable exceptional separation performance, robustness and throughput for HPLC assays while enabling a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption.

WAT011560 - Ultrahydrogel HPLC Säule, DNA

Waters / HPLC Säulen

Ultrahydrogel Columns contain a sophisticated aqueous-compatible gel column for analytical and preparative separations of water-soluble polymers. The gel is a cross-linked hydroxylated polymer and contains some residual carboxyl functionality. Ultrahydrogel DP contains some residual amine functionality. Compounds normally characterized include oligomers and biological substances such as polysaccharides, nucleic acids, proteins, and peptides.

Protein-Pak Hi Res HIC Säule mit HIC Protein Standard Mix

Waters / HPLC Säulen

Protein-Pak Hi Res Hydrophobic Interaction Columns (HIC) and HIC Protein Std Mix is ideally suited for use in the characterization of recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies, and / or ADCs. The use of non-porous, particles containing a low density of butyl ligands yield outstanding resolution in less time compared to use of many traditional porous HIC offerings. In addition, quality control testing with defined protein standards helps ensure consistent batch-to-batch performance.

BioSuite C18 HPLC Säule, RPC

Waters / HPLC Säulen

In recent years, reversed-phase chromatography (RPC) has become a widely accepted tool for the separation of proteins, peptides, and other biomolecules. For many applications, Waters Symmetry®, Symmetry300™, and Atlantis™, and XTerra® chemistries can be successfully used for the isolation and analyses of these biocompounds. However for some applications, the large pore size and high chemical stability of Waters BioSuite™ pC18 and pPhenyl resin-based packings may be preferred. Waters BioSuite™ RPC column offerings include a C18 (pC18) and a phenyl (pPhenyl) chemistry bonded to a pH stable, methacrylic ester-based polymeric resin. The 500 angstrom pore size of the pC18 base matrix accommodates proteins up to 2,500,000 Daltons while the 1,000 angstrom pore size of the pPhenyl base matrix accommodates proteins up to 5,000,000 Daltons. The BioSuite™ pC18, 2.5 µm, NP column contains a nonporous chemistry that yields superior chromatographic resolution compared to chromatography performed on the porous, pC18, 500, 7 µm RPC selection. However, greater protein or peptide binding capacity is possible using the porous, pC18, 500, 7 µm RPC column. The pC18 and pPhenyl RPC chemistries are available in 21.5 x 150 mm columns for “lab scale” isolations while a 2.0 mm x 75 mm column is well suited for narrow-bore HPLC and /or LC/MS applications.
