SUPREMA columns are ideal for the aqueous GPC/SEC analysis of neutral and anionic polymers, such as PEO, PEG, pullulan, dextran, polyacrylamide, hyaluronic acid, polyacrylic acid, and carboxymethyl cellulose. These acrylate copolymer-based columns are available in three particle sizes, 3, 5, and 10 μm, individual porosities between 30 and 30,000 Å and different linear/mixed-bed columns, to meet a variety of applications needs, including polymers ranging from 100 to 30,000,000 Da. SUPREMA columns meet USP L25, L37, L38, L39, tolerate high buffer concentrations, pH 2 to 12, temperatures up to 80 °C, and organic solvents (up to 100% methanol or acetonitrile).

PolarSil columns are based on polar modified silica and ideal for the organic GPC/SEC separation of low to medium molar mass resins and lignins with molecular weights from 100 to 1,000,000 Da using polar organic solvents. Multiple column configurations are available to match your specific application, including two particle sizes, 3 and 5 μm, and three porosities, 100, 300, and 1,000 Å as well as two different linear/mixed-bed columns.
