Screw cap made of PPS, free movable insert made of conductive PE-EX with 1 permanently fixed cable (length approx. 2 m) with either straight plug for direct connection to a b.safe Mini-Display TLC (Cat. No. R 690-05) or with braids for connection to a b.safe Isolated Amplifier TLC (Cat. No. R 695-05) if the System Waste Cap TLC is installed in an explosion-proof area. For a continuous reporting of the fill level via a b.safe Mini-Display TLC, scaling in each 10 % of the nominal volume. Report of fill level starting with 10 %, pre-alert at 80 and 90 % of the nominal volume, main alert for canister exchange at 100 % of nominal volume. For a correct measurement, only use the b.safe canister S60 (Cat. No. R 236- 10). With 1 connection GL 25 suitable for b.safe Waste Tubes and 1 connection GL 14 for fixing a b.safe Venting Hose or a b.safe Exhaust Filter. Design and scope of delivery according to table. Applications With the b.safe System Waste Cap TLC, the canister fill level can be continuously monitored in 10 % steps. A canister exchange can be carried out in advance, e. g. before the end of the day or before the weekend. The measurement of the fill level control is effected without direct contact to the medium, faulty measurements or missing alerts due to dirty floaters and sensors are excluded. With the use of b.safe Waste Tubes solvent waste is led directly into the canister, solvent vapours are held back by the exhaust filter with activated carbon or can be led to the hood by means of a venting hose.
Alarm box with halogen-free plastic case for an installation in front plates of lab furniture. Front side with touch buttons and LED indicators to monitor the operation and the fill level by means of a separately available b.safe System Waste Cap TLC. Continuous display of the fill level, scaling in each 10 % of the nominal volume. Optical pre-alert (flashing yellow LED) as soon as 80 and 90 % of the nominal volume are reached, optical (flashing red LED) and acoustic main alert in case of full canister (approx. 100% of the nominal volume). Acoustic alert can be interrupted for approx. 5 minutes until the container exchange is completed. In case of power interruption, the fill level reports 90 and 100 % are saved. When the system is switched on again, the values are displayed accordingly and the alert is triggered if necessary. Including installed signal cable (length approx. 1 m) for signal transmission to the b.safe Mini-Display TLC (Cat. No. R 690-05) and power supply (Input: 100-240V/1,2 A, Output: 24V/max. 1,75 A) with plug adapter for EU, Australia, USA, Japan and UK. The installation of the b.safe Isolated Amplifier and the connection of the signal cable have to be carried out by qualified personnel. Applications Encapsulated housing for an installation e.g. at the rear side of a safety cabinet. Safe signal exchange between explosion-hazardous and explosion-proof areas by galvanic isolation of the sensor side and the output side.
