Shrink tubing to protect thermal sensors, cables, electrical components, etc. against chemical damage. The shrinkage rate of 4:1 of the initial dimension means that the inner diameter of the hose shrinks to approx. 1/4, the length by a maximum of 15%. Good heat transfer due to the low wall thickness.
