Report of fill level starting with 10 %, pre-alert at 80 and 90 % of the nominal volume, main alert for canister exchange at 100 % of nominal volume. For a correct measurement, only use the b.safe canister S60 (Cat. No. R 236- 10). With 1 connection GL 25 suitable for b.safe Waste Tubes and 1 connection GL 14 for fixing a b.safe Venting Hose or a b.safe Exhaust Filter. Design and scope of delivery according to table. Applications With the b.safe System Waste Cap TLC, the canister fill level can be continuously monitored in 10 % steps. A canister exchange can be carried out in advance, e. g. before the end of the day or before the weekend. The measurement of the fill level control is effected without direct contact to the medium, faulty measurements or missing alerts due to dirty floaters and sensors are excluded. With the use of b.safe Waste Tubes solvent waste is led directly into the canister, solvent vapours are held back by the exhaust filter with activated carbon or can be led to the hood by means of a venting hose.
