POLEFIN columns are useful for high-temperature organic GPC/SEC analysis of polyolefins with molecular weights from 100 to 30,000,000 Da. These organic GPC columns are based on a modified styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer network and have a maximum temperature rating of 210 °C. POLEFIN GPC columns offer flexible configurations, including two particle sizes and two different linear/mixed-bed columns to meet the needs for a variety of polymer analyses, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and other polyolefins.
Reversed-Phase HPLC Columns.
The Agilent Pursuit family of HPLC columns offers reliable performance in various common particle sizes and phase chemistries, including USP L1, USP L7, and USP L11. Pursuit columns are available in many dimensions, including preparative HPLC columns. In addition, both traditional (Pursuit) and high carbon load (Pursuit XRS) bondings are available.

Polyisoprene standards are useful for organic GPC/SEC column and system validation. These individual standards are available with narrow molar mass distribution ranges from 800 to 1,000,000 Da. A calibration kit is also available, containing molecular weights from 1,000 to 1,100,000 Da.
The Agilent ZORBAX column family is one of the most popular HPLC column families for reversed-phase HPLC. ZORBAX columns are based on traditional fully porous particles and offer the highest loading capacity and resolution.
GPC/SEC Standards.
Polyvinylpyrrolidone standards are available as broad range molecular weight standards. The standards range from a nominal molar mass of 3,000 to 1,000,000 Da with PDI greater than 1.50 and are suitable for aqueous GPC/SEC column and system calibration.

Agilent Polaris HPLC columns offer many polar phase chemistries designed separate mixtures of polar and nonpolar analytes reliably and with excellent peak shapes. The polar-embedded C8 and C18 bonded phases are compatible with 100% water, and offer alternative selectivities while still complying with USP L1 and USP L7.
